This book made me excited to talk about Christmas again. I think modern Christians emphasize how Santa and gifts are not what Christmas should be about, but the gap of how Santa and the traditions came to be is left out.Thank you for reaching out and for Tero for putting together the coolest book I can't wait to gift for Christmas!
I got this as a gift for someone else, but read through it in about 20 minutes and enjoyed these possible explanations for our celebrations. The author states that he knows that what he is sharing may not be 100% accurate--but these stories make as much sense as any other stories you've heard. There are many sources to try to check out how accurate this protrayal may be, versus whatever you've known growing up--so check them all out.
I loved this book so much, I just mailed it to my sister and will buy another copy for me soon. The exchanges between dad and daughter, then, grand mom, are funny and, heart warming. The fact and fiction mix is fascinating, however, maybe it is all fact. Buy a copy and read it to decide. I bet you buy more copies to give as gifts! I am making my list now.

Thought I’d read it over a few nights before bed, but once I started reading, I couldn’t put it down. So thoughtfully written with this generation in mind; great imagining by Tero ðŸ™ðŸ¼ðŸ„💫 I loved it!
I love everything about this book... the story, the illustration, the beautiful hard cover and artwork you see with every turn of a page. I wish I had seen this before this year's Christmas, but I will be stocking up for next year. Such a cool story (but you kinda have to "get it")... and yes, I DO BELIEVE!!! 🎅ðŸ„🦌
